TERMS OF SERVICES!

I. General Information!
Here are some key points to remember before commissioning me, so both parties have a clearer understanding of the process.

  • The artworks I OWN / DO are NOT ALLOWED for ANY NFTs and AI purposes. The commission RATES are NEGOTIABLE.

  • The artworks are accepted within the FORMS / TALKED IN DMs are considered PROPER & CONSENTED AGREED ON TERMS. Before using the artwork for other uses, plans for merchandise, reselling, or reproducing must be within the negotiations; these are prohibited.

  • Reposting of the artwork is ALLOWED with PROPER CREDIT to the artist, mentioning/tagging my art account is highly appreciated.

II. PAYMENT!
Payment are upfront / if the artist didn't deliver the art, client will get a full price refund. VGen payments/paypal/gcash are the only payments that the artist will receive.

I, the artist, reserve the right to:

  • Put the commissioned work on my portfolio, online post, commission sheet, etc. Unless asked by the client (NDA).

  • Claim the ordered commission as my artwork.

  • Disagree to any commissions that I can't do.

The client has the right to:

  • Ask the commission to remain private if they do so desire, but do let me know otherwise, I assume I am allowed to post it online.

  • Print the commission, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the creation itself.

  • Use the commission to promote themselves with proper credit given. Optional but highly appreciated.

  • Repost the commission on other social media sites with proper credit. Optional but highly appreciated.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be retracted.
